Ashtanga Vinyasa combines breath and movement in a specific way designed to create an intense internal heat and purifying sweat. These classes are hot, Ashtanga inspired flows, moving through sun salutations, balancing poses and binds - perfect for students looking for classical yoga with a more physical challenge.
Although these can be challenging classes, this is still yoga so you are not expected to ‘keep up’ or endure poses that are not for you. These classes are beginner friendly. Your teacher is Helen, she has been practising yoga for over 10 years and will ensure you are looked after. Like all of our classes, this is a friendly, welcoming practice.
Class Times & Info
Ashtanga Vinyasa runs on Tuesdays 8pm and Wednesdays 6.30pm. Just wear vest/tshirt & leggings/shorts.
