Our candlelit yoga classes will leave you feeling restored and relaxed. They are a great introduction to our studio and to yoga in general if you are interested in calming your mind and soothing your body. All classes are beginner friendly. As with all of our classes, just wear vest/tshirt and leggings/shorts.
Please arrive 10 mins early for your 1st class to complete a brief health form. Booking is essential.
Warm, Restorative Flow
This class is gentle movement mixed with passive supported poses. Safely taking your body through it’s normal range of movement then allowing you the time and space to hold gentle stretches.
Warm, gentle and relaxed. The intention is slowing down, showing compassion to ourselves, kindness and relaxation. There is no striving, no trying, no competing, no comparisons. No contortions of body or mind. It is an opportunity to just quietly be you, in our warm, dark candlelit room. Supported with bolsters and props, we want you to relax.

A Yin yoga class generally consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine (these areas are especially rich in connective tissues). The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
Yin yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy; if your mind is overactive or your energy levels erratic.

This is a semi-regular 2 hour session that is open to everyone and is £15. An afternoon of cosy, gentle yin yoga and restorative yoga. Although these classes may just look like people lying down and having a rest (and I’m all for that ), the magic is happening inside. No expectations, no comparisons, no racing, no striving, no trying, no processing information of worth or rubbish. A rare opportunity to step outside of our lives and just ‘be’.
