Timetable & Classes
Please see timetable image for class days and times. All of our classes are beginner friendly. Some yoga classes may be more physically challenging than others but this is yoga, not an endurance test, so you will always be given options and variations to suit you. Our ethos is a realistic, sustainable practice that will add to your quality of life.
Please see here for our beginners Yoga and Pilates courses if you would prefer to do that rather than jump straight in to a class. All of our classes are beginner friendly but if you’re unsure of jumping straight into a mixed ability class, please do sign up for one of our courses.
Ranging from fairly challenging Hot Yoga (Mon, Tues & Wed 6.30pm and Tues 8pm) to warm Yin yoga, warm restorative yoga and a more steady paced Hatha yoga (Thurs 6.30pm & Sat 9am), these classes are held in our hot room. All classes are beginner friendly.
Focusing on building strength in the small muscles of your back and core, Pilates is an excellent workout and if you have any back injuries/issues it is also an excellent rehabilitative tool. Hot Pilates run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am. Non-hot Pilates is on Mondays 6.45pm.
A low impact, great cardio workout with Laura. A fully trained and experienced dancer, Laura will lead you through a fun and energetic workout using the ballet barre. These are small group classes held on Mondays 8pm and Thursdays 6.30pm.
