All of our classes are ‘beginner friendly’ however if, like me, you sometimes find the idea of jumping straight in to things a bit intimidating then please do sign up for one of our Beginners/Returners Yoga or Pilates courses. Relaxed, friendly and welcoming classes at our studio in Crosby/Waterloo, Liverpool. You don’t need fancy clothes or even a mat. Places are limited. Please see here for further information.
This 2 hour cosy evening is for you if you are tired, stressed or just in need of some time out. 2 hours of gentle movement, restorative yoga and guided relaxation. You will be in a nurturing, friendly and peaceful space in which you can relax, unwind and experience the profoundly calming benefits of soft and gentle yoga and meditation.
