Hot Power Yoga

Our Hot Power Yoga class is suitable for everyone no matter your fitness levels. A physically and mentally challenging hot class that takes into account that not every body is the same.


Although this is a challenging class, this is still yoga so you are not expected to ‘keep up’ or endure poses that are not for you. These classes are beginner friendly. Your teacher is Jennie, she has been practising yoga for over 20 years and will ensure you practice safely. Like all of our classes, this is a friendly, welcoming practice.


Class Times & Info

Hot Power Yoga runs on Tuesdays at 6.30pm. Just wear vest/tshirt & leggings/shorts.

Book a class or contact us here. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class starts to complete a brief health form. Booking is essential.
