Pilates for Beginners 5 week course £35

Starts Wednesday 6th Feb, 6.45pm – 7.45pm and then the following 3 Wednesdays at the same time. In the 5th week you can choose one of our timetabled classes, choosing from any yoga, Pilates, Barre or spin class.

This 5 week course is ideal for those who are looking to work out but are perhaps a little unsure of starting in a full, mixed-ability class. This course takes place in our non-hot Studio.

Strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt whilst reducing stress and anxiety. Pilates can help to reduce and manage back pain, improve core strength, and is excellent for everyone, including post natal women, anyone new to or returning to exercise, and those of us with back, shoulder, hip or knee issues.

Your teacher is Jennie and she will guide you through friendly, welcoming classes that ensure you are safe and supported in every session.

 We provide mats and props but you are also welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing, such as leggings/shorts and vest/t-shirt that won’t ride up.
