Teen & Tween Yoga  We are often asked about yoga for younger people. Although we currently offer only adult classes (16+), we strongly believe in the power and value of yoga and meditation for children and teenagers. We recommend Michele Ross, who is a local yoga teacher and secondary school teacher.
