
Yoga for Beginners in Crosby
Beginners Yoga Course
Starts Monday 13th October 6.30pm
Join me, Kate, for a room temp Beginners Yoga course. All of our classes are beginner friendly however if you’d prefer to start with specific beginners classes then this is for you. We’ll spend 4 consecutive Mondays together (6.30-7.30pm) and then in the 5th week you can do any one of our timetabled classes. Course cost is £40. Next one starts Monday 8th September. Recommended Timetabled Classes
All of our heated classes are beginner friendly however the classes below may suit you more if you’re feeling a little apprehensive about getting started as they are slower practices.
Monday 8-9pm Heated Candlelit Yoga ~ This is a Hatha yoga class with time to linger in poses and practice pranayama (breath practices).
Tuesday 10am Gentle Yoga ~This a slow, gentle yoga practice in a lightly heated room (enough to be cosy without feeling hot). Kettle is always on for this class. Wear comfortable clothes.
Tuesday 8-9pm Heated Candlelit Slow Flow Yoga ~ This is a heated, slowed down yoga flow class.
Thursday 6.30pm -7.30pm Hot Yoga ~ is a hot yoga class with exploration of the breath, body and movement, which is great for anyone new to hot yoga.
Friday 6.30-7.30pm ~ Candlelit Cosy Yoga ~ Friday evenings at our studio are for yin yoga; a chance to slow down, find some stillness and tune in to body and mind. More info here on yin yoga with us.
