We are a family run, friendly, relaxed yoga, Pilates & Barre studio, based in Crosby/Waterloo, Liverpool. All of our classes are beginner friendly. Try your 1st class with us for £5. Our introductory offer is £30 for 30 days (or £40 for 30 days ‘Welcome Back’ offer if you haven't been for 4+ months) and you can do as many classes as you like within that time. We provide everything you need. You don’t need fancy clothes or even a mat. This is not a gym. We hope you enjoy your time with us.

All of our classes are ‘beginner friendly’ however if, like me, you sometimes find the idea of jumping straight in to things a bit intimidating then please do sign up for one of our courses. Cosy Yoga Winter Warmer - Friday 18th October 2019, 7-9pm.    Join Kate and Michele for a warm and cosy evening of kind and gentle yoga. You don’t need to bring anything with you and you can just wear comfortable clothes. This evening is also entirely beginner friendly in every aspect. Cost is £15 per person.  This 2 hour cosy evening is for you if you are tired, stressed or just in need of some time out. 2 hours of gentle movement, restorative yoga and guided relaxation. You will be in a nurturing, friendly and peaceful space in which you can relax, unwind and experience the profoundly calming benefits of soft and gentle yoga and meditation.
