Everything we offer here comes from an authentic place, so we’d love to be the place that you come to at this stage of your life. Join us for candlelit pregnancy yoga classes designed to nurture your body and baby, calm your mind, and connect you with other pregnant women.

What This Class Offers

Join us for pregnancy yoga classes in our established yoga studio in Waterloo, north Liverpool. Using breath, movement and poses designed specifically for pregnancy, this nourishing class will help you in all stages leading up to birth and into post-partum.

I love the different energy this class brings to our studio and it’s a real privilege to see friendships and support form in the classes; building connections and sharing experiences can be incredibly powerful.

Pregnancy is such a life-changing journey — it’s a perfect time to begin yoga as you nurture and care for both yourself and your unborn child. Pregnancy yoga can help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected throughout this special stage of your life.

Class Structure & Booking

  • Permanent class: You can join at any point by purchasing a block of 5 consecutive sessions (75 minutes each).

  • All stages & trimesters welcome: Whether this is your first or sixth child, our pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for everyone.

  • No experience necessary: Everything you need is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • Optional peer support: Join our WhatsApp group for additional connection and support if you like.

Just choose the day you’d like to start and book your place on our supportive, welcoming pregnancy yoga classes.

Mum and Baby Yoga Classes in Crosby

Join us on Thursdays, 12-1.30pm for a supportive, nourishing, welcoming Mum & Baby Yoga class. Cups of tea/coffee/herbal tea provided. Plenty of room for buggies/car seats. Optional whatapp group you can join for additional support/connection/peer advice. Mum & Baby Yoga is purchased in blocks of 5 consecutive weeks and is £50.

Classes for You

When you're ready we’ve got classes to meet you where you are, with experienced, empathic female teachers who can help you to connect with your physical, mental and emotional strength. Just contact me if you’re not sure what class may suit you best; we can talk it through and find what is right for you. For some that may be focusing on the pelvic floor and core in Pilates or for others it could be finding an hour away from everything in a soothing, gentle yoga class. You’re also welcome to try our faster paced hot yoga classes but chat to me first so I can give you some advice/pointers/modifications if you need them.
