Why Try Hot Pilates with us?

Hot Pilates at our Liverpool studio combines the core-strengthening, posture‑improving benefits of mat Pilates with contemporary exercises. We have had Hot Pilates on at our welcoming, friendly, established studio for the last 13 years and all classes are ‘all levels’.

The heated environment:

  • Warms muscles safely for more fluid movement

  • Increases flexibility and circulation

  • Encourages focus and mindfulness

  • Boosts overall fitness and sense of wellbeing.

Every session is designed to be an all-over body workout, with options to increase or reduce intensity so everyone can practice at a level that suits them personally. It’s a mind-body workout that leaves you feeling energised, strong, and confident.

Who Can Attend

Our classes are all levels and all bodies welcome:

  • Ages 18–70+

  • Men and women

  • Different fitness levels, body types, and goals

This is a supportive environment where everyone can progress safely and comfortably. Please note that ‘beginner friendly’ doesn’t mean easy!

Our classes welcome everyone — from beginners to super fit, from those with injuries or health issues to experienced athletes. You don’t need to be an athlete to practice — it’s really not the point! And if you are more advanced, that’s great too — everyone can practice in way that is right for them.

What to bring:

  • Nothing special — we provide mats if needed

  • Comfortable clothes (t-shirt/vest & leggings/shorts)

  • Water to sip on

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts

Studio Environment

  • Heated and softly lit, but never overwhelming — we adjust for outdoor temperatures.

  • Comfortable, friendly, and welcoming for all.

  • Our Pilates program has been established since 2013, and we’d love for you to join our community.

Pricing & Booking

  • Taster months: £65 for unlimited, £40 for weekday daytime classes only

  • Pay per class: £13

  • Memberships & bundles: Bring costs down significantly — details in booking system

Memberships & Other Payment Options

We have plenty of payment options including

  • pay per class £13

  • unlimited taster month of classes £65 or weekday daytimes only £40

  • no contract memberships £48/£60/£89 per month

  • class bundles of 10 classes for £99 (£9.90 per class, valid for 6 weeks) or 20 classes £175 (£8.75 per class, valid for 6 months)
