All of our classes are beginner friendly and our heated classes tend to be very warm rather than searing, blistering heat (no heat on when its hot out though!). Age range of our members is 18-70; men and women, different body types, different abilities and reasons for attending yoga and Pilates.
HOT PILATES
Hot Pilates is an ‘all levels’ class that will build strength, increase fitness, burn calories and improve your sense of health and well-being. It’s great for building strength in the core and back and increasing focus! I aim for each session to be an all over body workout and offer options to increase or reduce intensity and effort so that everyone is practicing in a way that works for them personally.
Our mat Pilates classes have been a permanent, established part of our timetable since 2013 and we’d love for you to practice with us.

Our classes accommodate people of all fitness levels (from beginner to super fit), injuries and health issues. Please don’t think you have to be an athlete to practice yoga and/or Pilates - it’s really not the point of either! Equally we do have actual athletes coming to class sometimes so you can rest assured that whatever your fitness levels we can accommodate you.
You don’t need to bring anything with you. We have spare, basic mats here (although you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer). Just wear tshirt/vest & leggings/shorts. Bring water to sip on. Please arrive at least ten minutes before the class starts.
