Whether you work from home, have a flexible schedule, are a parent, retired, or simply have some space in your day, we’ve got classes for you.

From gentle and supportive to strong and dynamic, there’s something to suit how you want to feel. You don’t need to be flexible or fit, you just need to get started.

Our taster month is £40 for all classes or you can pay per class £13
