A yoga and Pilates studio that meets you where you are.

Whether you’re new to or returning to movement, are super fit or you’re somewhere in between, this studio is for you if you want classes that ensure you are practising in a way that is best for YOU. There are always options to make things more challenging or to reduce intensity; whatever you need that day.

Age range in our classes is from 18-80+, men and women, from people who are new to movement to athletes and everyone in between. We pride ourselves on our transformational, welcoming, sustainable and effective yoga and Pilates classes and warm and welcoming community.

Nobody cares what you’re wearing or what you can and cannot do. The brand of your leggings or the colour coordination of your workout clothes have no bearing on your time or importance in our studio. The ability to balance on one leg, touch your toes or hold a plank are not required. That is what you’ll explore and develop when you join, not a requirement for you to attend.

Health, Fitness & Wellbeing

If you regularly attend our classes you WILL get fitter and healthier, you WILL feel better, sleep better, move more easily and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Daytime Payment Options

Taster Month is £40 for all weekday daytime classes. Spare mats are here if you don’t yet have your own. After that our membership is £60pm (minimum 2 month) or you can pay per class, buy bundles of 10 or 20 classes or take out a mini or unlimited membership.

Connection

This is more than just a room that people do yoga and Pilates in. Our studio is a great place to connect with other lovely people. From pregnancy yoga to hot power yoga and Pilates to chair yoga, we have people of all ages and from all walks of life.

Home & Humour

I’m not wearing clown pants and riding a unicycle but I don’t take myself too seriously. I want people to feel relaxed and at home here, to know that they are safe and in good hands. I keep the studio softly lit, warm eye pillows before classes, have a tea and coffee area, have a comfortable seating area and love seeing people settle into their groove. Sure, if you want to run in, do a class and run out then I fully support that if its best for you. But if you do like a little chat and a joke, or a cuppa and a moan, then this studio is probably for you.
