TEEN YOGA

5 week block £45

starts Thursday 7th May 4.30-5.30pm

This course is for secondary school age students and utilises mindfulness, yoga, breathing techniques and yogic philosophy to help navigate/reduce stress and anxiety. This is a calm, safe class led by Marie-Claire; an experienced teacher and parent to a teenager.
