  • Beginners/Gentle Yoga ~ a slower, gentle practice

  • Jump Straight In to Warm & Hot Classes

    Or you can just jump straight in to our heated classes. All classes are beginner friendly and welcoming, but the pace, heat and style varies. Click below to see more info plus taster month offer £65 taster. You can also pay per class £13, buy bundles or take an excellent value memberships.

  • Room Temp Evening Yoga

    This Wednesday evening 6.30pm class is a steadily paced, grounding, calming midweek practice, held in our room temperature studio. We’ve got everything you need here but you’re welcome to bring your own mat and props if you prefer.

  • Pregnancy Yoga

    Join Jenny and Kate for our popular, supportive Pregnancy Yoga classes on Tuesday evenings 6.30-7.30pm. Classes are booked in blocks of 5 consecutive weeks. Click button below for our Pregnancy Yoga page for all information.

  • Chair Yoga

    Gentle Strengthening, careful stretching and calming breath practices make this Monday lunchtime class the perfect start to the week if you don’t want to attend ‘regular’ classes.
