Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm

This is a steadily paced, grounding, calming midweek practice, held in our ground floor studio. We’ve got everything you need here but you’re welcome to bring your own mat and props.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a permanent class that is booked in 5 consecutive week blocks at £45 (or you can pay per class £13 or it’s included in various memberships).

If you’re only going to attend this class then the best value option is the block of 5 consecutive weeks for £45 (£9 per class).

Beginners/Gentle Yoga

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm

All of our classes are beginner friendly however if you’d prefer to start with a more gentle or beginners specific experience then these are the classes for you!

Mondays 12-1pm

Chair Yoga is great for those who can’t or don’t want to attend regular yoga or fitness class due to age, health issues, injury, limited mobility or any other reason. Classes include gentle mobilisations, safe stretches and careful strength building practices. We also explore calming breath practices that can help to manage or reduce stress and anxiety.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a permanent class that is booked in 5 consecutive week blocks at £35 (You’re very welcome to try a class for free first if you’d like to, just contact me so I know that you’re coming).

Pregnancy Yoga

Tuesdays 6.30-7.45pm

Our pregnancy yoga classes include movement, poses and breath practices that will help you in all stages leading up to birth and into post-partum. It’s also a great way to meet other pregnant women and there’s an optional WhatsApp group for connection and peer support.

Pregnancy Yoga is a permanent class that is booked in 5 consecutive week blocks at £50.
