Day & Weekend Long Retreats
We run semi regular women only gentle yoga and meditation retreats, both day long and an annual weekend long break in Cumbria. Our yoga is realistic and restorative, nothing fancy or showy; just grounding, calming yoga to help you feel good in body and mind.
You don’t need to be fit or flexible or to have even tried yoga before. We welcome all ages and body types and offer affordable payment plans for all retreats.
Both Jo and I, and the women who attend our retreats, are friendly and welcoming. If you’re coming alone we will always make sure that you’re comfortable and looked after so you can settle in and get the most out of the experience.
Jo and I have been practicing and teaching yoga for a long time, so you are in safe hands with us. Our yoga is realistic and sustainable, our approach to yoga retreats is gentle, informal and welcoming. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, we look after everything else. You can come alone or with a friend, we always ensure everyone is looked after.
