Day & Weekend Long Retreats
Our day and weekend retreats are relaxed, warm, beginner friendly and women only. Jo and I have been practising and teaching yoga for a long time, so you are in safe hands with us. Our yoga is realistic and sustainable, our approach to yoga retreats is gentle, informal and welcoming. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, we look after everything else. You can come alone or with a friend, we always ensure everyone is looked after.
