BEGINNeRS Course

starts Mon 9th Sept 2023 6.30-7.30pm

All of our classes are ‘beginner friendly’ however if you’d prefer to start with a beginners course then this is the one for you! We’ll spend 4 weeks together and then in the 5th week you can choose any one of our timetabled classes.

Places are limited so please do book on early as we often end up with a waiting list. These classes are held in our ground floor room temp studio.

This is a friendly, welcoming studio. You do not need fancy clothes and you do not need to be super fit or flexible! If you are feeling a little unsure about jumping in and starting in a class then these courses will build your confidence and inform you about safe and appropriate movement for you. Our ethos is a realistic, sustainable practice that will add to your quality of life.

We usually run beginners specific courses when there is demand, so if there is nothing scheduled here please be reassured that there are very beginner friendly classes on our timetable instead. We always have new people in and so each class is ‘open level’. Get in touch if you’d like some guidance on what class may suit you best to start with. Or just jump in and book any class you’d like!
