Why Try Heated Yoga with us?

Hot Yoga at our Liverpool studio takes place in our heated, candlelit space. Some classes are more dynamic and energising, others slower and more restorative - so you can choose what suits you, or mix between them. Whatever class you do you’ll be doing it in our friendly, welcoming, non judgemental, established studio in Liverpool. Everything is beginner friendly and you can expect to be in classes with people who are new to yoga as well as those who have been practising for a long time.

The heated environment:

  • Warms muscles safely for more ease in movement

  • Improves flexibility and circulation

  • Encourages focus and mindfulness

  • Supports overall wellbeing, fitness and a sense of calm

Whether your focus is on building strength, flexibility and balance, increasing fitness or learning to switch off, relax and soften, we hope that you will find it here. Our ethos is a realistic, sustainable practice that will help you to move more easily, sleep more deeply, cultivate self acceptance, reduce stress/anxiety and navigate what life throws your way.
