Soundbath

A deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal bowls, voice, chimes and other instruments - perfect for switching off and unwinding.
Join Libby for a deeply relaxing Sunday morning designed to help you slow down, switch off, and fully unwind. Using crystal singing bowls, voice, and chimes, you’ll be guided into a calm, restful state where the body can release tension and the mind can settle. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sound to wash over you.
Women’s Cosy Yoga Afternoon

A 3-hour women-only afternoon of gentle, cosy yoga, deep stretching, and guided relaxation. Completely beginner friendly.
This women-only session blends gentle yoga, soft, supported yin yoga and guided meditation/relaxation, all enhanced with bolsters, blocks, eye pillows, blankets, and other cosy props. Held in a softly lit, nurturing space, the afternoon is to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your body and mind.
Completely beginner-friendly, this 3-hour session is a chance to step away from your week, stretch deeply, and share a calm, cosy experience with other lovely women.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow or blanket, everything else is provided.
Come alone or with a friend, you’ll always be made to feel welcome.
Soundbath and Yin Yoga

A 2-hour deeply relaxing yin yoga immersion with live healing sound throughout, designed to help you fully switch off and release tension in your body and mind. Completely beginner friendly.
Kate will guide you through slow, floor-based yin yoga poses using bolsters, blankets, and props, while Libby accompanies the practice with crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes and other instruments. The sound weaves through each posture, helping you settle more deeply, release tension, and fully switch off.
This immersive experience is completely beginner-friendly; just wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow or blanket to help you get cosy. Everything else is provided.
