Mindfulness & Relaxation Course
Explore and develop practices that can reduce and manage stress and anxiety. This class will explore mindfulness, soft meditation and relaxation techniques and is lead by Cath, who is a mental health professional and yoga teacher.
These practices can help to

Gain a new perspective on stressful situations.
Build skills to manage your stress.
Increase self-awareness.
Focus on the present.
Reduce negative emotions.
Increase imagination and creativity.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion and a blanket with you. This course starts on Wednesday 17th January 6.30-7.30pm and is £40 for 5 consecutive weekly sessions.
