We offer a range of classes to help you feel more at home in your body. Our students come from all walks of life, you will be warmly welcomed!

Memberships & Other Payment Options

We have plenty of payment options including

  • pay per class £11

  • unlimited taster month of classes £50

  • no contract memberships £40/£50/£80 per month

  • class bundles of 10 classes for £85 (valid for 8 weeks) or 20 classes £155 (valid for 6 months)

All options and information are clearly set out below, as well as shown on the booking system when you select your class.


Monthly Memberships

Red badge with white text advertising £40 for five classes per month, with a minimum of two months.
Red badge with white text offering weekday morning classes for 50 pounds only.
Red badge with white text promoting unlimited classes for 80 pounds.

Class Bundles

Sign advertising 10 classes for 85 pounds, priced at 8.50 pounds per class, valid for 8 weeks.
Sign advertising 20 classes for 155 pounds, costing 7.75 pounds per class, valid for 20 weeks.
