Our Class Styles
Join us for beginner friendly, transformational Yoga and Pilates at our friendly, welcoming studio. Most classes are heated, but we also run room-temperature classes if you don’t love the heat.
Classes vary in pace and intensity (class over view shown below and full descriptions shown for each on booking system) but all are beginner friendly.
I have spare mats here if you don’t yet have your own.
You don’t need to be fit and flexible to come along.

Class Overviews
Take place in our first floor softly lit hot room
HEATED CLASSES
Dynamic, strengthening yoga classes in a heated room. Expect a mix of standing postures and dynamic movement designed to build strength and balance, improve flexibility and leave you feeling energised. Click here for more heated yoga info
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm. Saturdays 10am.
Pilates in a heated room focusing on core strength, posture and overall body conditioning. Expect controlled movements that work deep muscles and leave you feeling strong. Click for more Pilates info.
Mondays 10am & 6.30pm. Fridays 10am.
A slower paced heated yoga class linking breath with movement. A great balance of deep stretches, standing flow and ending on guided relaxation.
Tuesdays 8pm
A traditional, slower yoga class combining pranayama (breath practices), movement and postures to build strength and flexibility.
Mondays 8pm
WARM CLASSES
Take place in our 1st floor softly lit hot room
WARM, GENTLE YOGA
A slower, gentle yoga class focusing on mobility, stretching and relaxation.
Tuesdays 10am.
WARM & COSY YOGA
A quiet, candlelit class focused on deep stretching and relaxation. Poses are held for longer to release tension in the body and calm the nervous system.
Fridays 6.30pm.
45 MINUTE MIDDAY YOGA FLOW
A moderately paced, yoga flow class, perfect for beating the midday slump.

ROOM TEMPERATURE CLASSES
Take place in our ground floor room temperature studio
BEGINNERS/GENTLE YOGA
A gentle exploration of yoga. This is a 5 week course with the 5th week being any one of our heated classes.
Mondays 6.30pm.
HATHA YOGA
A steadily paced, grounding, calming midweek practice. This is a permanent class that is purchased in 5 consecutive week blocks and you can join whenever you want to.
Wednesdays 6.30pm
PREGNANCY YOGA
A calm and supportive class designed for all stages of pregnancy, focusing on gentle movement, breath and relaxation. This is a permanent class that is purchased in 5 consecutive week blocks and you can join whenever you want to.
Tuesdays 6.30pm
CHAIR YOGA
A supportive yoga class using a chair for stability and accessibility. Ideal for anyone with injuries, mobility limitations or those who prefer a gentler approach. This is a permanent class that is purchased in 5 consecutive week blocks and you can join whenever you want to.
Mondays 12-1pm
BARRE
A combination of ballet warm ups, yoga stretches and Pilates strengthening. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classical dancers moves such as plies alongside static stretches and high reps.
